Seeker is a 74-foot origami welded steel, junk sailboat he is making in his front yard. Doug graciously helped me prototype my Rocket King rocket stove on his CNC plasma cutter.
Doug hosts volunteers to help work on his boat, destined to be a free marine research vessel operating in the Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico. He has been working on the boat since 2012. Once completed SV Seeker will be a part time research/charter vessel and full time home on the water.
