If you’ve been sitting on the fence about a CNC router or laser but just can’t decide, this is a discussion about making the choice. CNC routing and laser work is fun and exercises your creativity. there are inexpensive desktop machines and expensive production models. the cost ranges from $250 up into the thousands.
What do you do? Do you buy the machine? Which one should you get. What are the reviews like?
If you have something itching to try it but simply not sure…buy an inexpensive one and play with it. You will find there is a learning curve no matter what you do. Once you get a little up to speed, you will be able to make beautiful projects from simple ideas. It’s a fun hobby
I recommend Yorahome. They sell inexpensive units in all the desktop CNC categories. Here’s their website: https://yorahome.com/
My advice if you are considering a CNC router or laser, buy what you’re drawn to. I was drawn to BobsCNC because many people have it and they have good things to say about the machine.
Quit stressing and just pick one.
