RadioMaster Zorro teardown and fitting AG01 Mini CNC hall effect gimbals

These AG01 Mini Hall effect gimbals for the RadioMaster Zorro and TX12 transmitters dramatically improve the feel and smoothness. RadioMaster have also released the Sticky360 mini gimbal stick ends for the AG01 Mini and the full size AG01. Here’s the unexpurgated fitting of the RadioMaster AG01 Mini gimbals to my Zorro It’s long and boring, but it does show how to swap the gimbals in full detail if you need to know. Stripping the Zorro is a voyage of discovery and full of my mistakes. It’ll take you about 30 mins to an hour and unlike a full size radio, it’s a bit fiddly so take your time and take lots of photographs and notes.
