I was asked in a previous video about my CNC enclosure, I started on full size CNCs then 3d printers so I was hesitant to run my plasma cutter without on. I quickly found the fumes build up much too quickly for that. You also cant use a flexible duct near the cutter. Plasma cutters generate so much air that it needs to be collected as a whole and exhausted or even better, the hot fumes exhausted and cold clean low lying air kept. First thing to do is a water table the fumes will condense in the water as it bubbles through and the dust will collect in the water. But still a lot of fumes will need to be trapped in a large box over the machine. Not unlike a welder uses, or a hood vent over a grille cook. I also mention the recipe I use in my water table, its a fungicide and sodium nitrite, not nitrate.
Stay to the end for a bonus tip!
