FC6A CNC milling a foam pilot

In continuing my review of the FC6A CNC machine from Foam Casualty for Fly RC we tested a cut file that involved a detailed pilot figure. The machine first cuts off the top layer of foam with the hotwire then moves on to rough passes and then finish passes. The final passes are done at 0.005″ passes.
