This is just a short video showing how to design a gear in Inkscape, have MakerCam create the g-code, and then have a DIY CNC cut out the shape. Both Inkscape and MakerCam are free and a blast to play with. MakerCam can be run live online (makercam.com) or downloaded and run locally offline (that’s what I do). The same process used here for making gears can be used for any design created in Inkscape. Thanks for taking a look.
