CONVERTING “manual lathe” into a “cnc lathe” (harbor freight central machinery) grbl

This harbor freight manual metal lathe there’s a really nice size for converting to a CNC leave. And encoder Hass to be put on the spindle, right now I have one axis hooked up and I’m using the other manual. So far the process is going very smooth
