Small project to make some dividers for eurocrates. Mix of expanded foam as seen here and acrylic slats.
This stuff is a lot easier to cnc, at least when it’s a reasonable thickness, the really thin stuff can sometimes be a pain even with the vac bed.
It’s a lot less noisy, ignoring the vacbed and blower, plus really fast. 4000mm per second. 3.175mm (1/8″) bit so DOC only 2.5mm. I could have gone deeper but I can live with the timing.
