We got a new logo, a new intro, and some properly licensed music…..but the BIG thing is a NEW MILLING MACHINE!
This new arrival adds serious capability to the factory. We can now go from ideas to finished products inside our 400 square feet space. For those that have never seen one of these – they mechanical parts by cutting away material from a block. This machine is a Haas Super Mini Mill with 15hp spindle that runs at 15,000 rpm, CAT40 tools, 1200ipm rapids, 833ipm cutting speeds. For a garage shop – this is serious hardware. It took about 2 weeks to plan it, another 2 weeks to prepare the shop, and 4 days of setup to make it functional. I AM SOOOOO EXCITED TO PUT THIS THING TO WORK.
Now – it’s time to set it up to pay for itself!
