Last week, we milled a breakout board for a QFN-44 SMD package on our small but mighty Bantam Tools Desktop PCB Milling Machine. This week, we continued with this theme. We milled a solder stencil so that we could cleanly transfer solder paste to our board. After we milled the stencil we aligned it with our breakout board, applied the solder paste, and dropped it ont0 the hot plate!
