A quick video of my homemade DIY cnc router cutting it self a better router clamp to replace the one I made. I create my design in Google SketchUp and use the PhlatScript Plug-in for G-Code (thanks Phlatboyz). The controller board is a TB6560 3-Axis powered by a modified ATX Power Supply and controlled by Mach3. Router is connected to a speed controller to accommodate 20 IPM maximum on XY axis.
