Today I made the base for a self centering vise for my Vertex HV6 to use as 4th axis. No deal to get under 0,01mm deviation even with cheap Chinese machines if they run with cool Acorn CNC and precision HighWin ball screws. Good workflow is also playing a role.
Toolpaths are with fusion 360 and Centroid Intercon, depending on whats faster for the job.
