Mazak CNC Lathe Milling the Hex Live Tooling. In this video, I am using the live tooling to mill a hex in the end of a part. I forgot to mention in the video, but the endmill X geometry needs to be set the same as you would a drill bit. X0 is the center of the endmill. The bearings are worn out in my milling holders so the hex surface finish is not the best.
