This is a short trailer of the upcoming design and build video series of my homemade DIY CNC milling machine.
Servo motors: Just Motion Control iHSV42
Spindle: 800W 220V G-Penny water cooled 62mm
Axis: 12mm HIWIN linear ball bearings in combination with 12x4mm ball screws
Control: Mach 4 in combination with WiXhc Motion Controller Card
Power Supply: Mean Well 24V 350W for all three servo axis
Maximum travel:
– X-Axis 200mm
– Y-Axis 120mm
– Z-Axis 120mm
