This video tutorial shows the design and construction of a custom wood router tool holder for CNC machining. The holder is designed to accommodate specific router bits I have found to be most useful in 2 1/2 years of CNC operation. The video includes preparation of a stacked wood block, laser lettering and custom hole machining and drilling to accommodate a set of 16 bits. The tool holder is further customized so that bits with unequal length will all extend the same amount from the top face of the block.
