When the oil is finished, let the slider roll back and forth on the guide rail to ensure that the lubricating oil enters the inside of the slider. After finishing the oil, let the slider roll back and forth on the guide rails. At this time, the guide rails must be installed first. Note that when installing the guide rails, do not fix the guide rails. All the fixing nails must be installed and kept horizontally to fix the belt and the slider. Then install the lens, dimming the end of the X journey.
2, mirror, focusing lens wipe. After a laser cutting machine is used for a period of time, smoke will adhere to the surface of the lens, affecting the depth of cut and affecting the cutting accuracy. Generally, about three weeks, the three mirrors and a focusing lens are wiped cleanly with anhydrous alcohol.
3, bearing oil. Laser cutting machine uses a large number of bearings, in order to ensure good cutting results, some bearings need to be regularly refueled, with a clean soft cloth to wipe away the floating soil on the bearing, use a needle to suck the oil into the needle, and then slowly inject the needle into the bearing, Slowly turn the bearing when filling.
4, the timing belt (belt) tight adjustment. There are several timing belts in the drive system of the laser cutting machine. If the timing belt is too loose, ghosting will occur. If the timing belt is too tight, the timing belt will wear out. After a period of use, adjust the timing belt tensioning screw and adjust the timing belt to a tight fit.
5, laser tube maintenance. The laser tube in the acrylic laser cutting machine is cooled by circulating water. After long-term use, there will be some white scale in the tube. We can add a small amount of vinegar in the circulating water to remove the water from the tube and then use clean. Water scours the inner part of the laser tube so that the laser tube will work best and the lifetime will be extended.
